The Aurora Health Care Two Rivers 10-Mile course is flat, fast, scenic, and USATF certified (#WI11035DM). The race starts in front of Two Rivers High School, proceeds on paved streets surrounding Point Beach State Forest and includes a beautiful stretch through Neshotah Park and along the Lake Michigan shoreline, before returning to Two Rivers High School for the exciting finish. All miles are accurately marked, splits will be given at 1 and 5 miles, and water/Gatorade stations will be available at 2, 4, 6, and 8 miles.  The Aurora Health Care Two Rivers 2-Mile will feature an out-and-back course that will include the first and last mile of our flat, fast, scenic USATF certified 10-Mile course.  A Krajnik Chevrolet lead vehicle will escort our lead 10-Mile runner.

The Two Rivers High School parking lots hold over 500 cars.  If necessary, overflow street parking will be available on the South side of Two Rivers High School.  On race day morning, please use the South entrance to the High School to eliminate excess traffic at the North entrance where Two Rivers Police Department will be coning and closing a lane of Highway 42 as part of our course safety plan.

Race headquarters, packet pick-up, post-race food/refreshments, and awards ceremony will be located in the Two Rivers High School cafetorium.  All runners, walkers, and guests are restricted to the cafetorium, gymnasium, and adjoining hallways.  There will be plenty of room for all participants to stay warm and dry before and after the race. In addition to the bathroom facilities inside the school, a portable facility will be available at Neshotah Park.  Port Sandy Bay Restaurant will also be open, and bathrooms available, for all runners.  Runners looking for safe and convenient warm-up and cool-down locations are free to use our outdoor track located in the back of school and/or our “Raider Trail” located near our South campus entrance.

The Aurora Health Care Two Rivers 10-Mile Run, 3-Person Relay, 2-Mile Run/Walk, and Kids’ Run is proud to have the Bib Chip Timing System.  Participants official time will start when they reach the starting line, instead of when the gun goes off.  Overall 10-Mile Run and 2-Mile Run/Walk finishers and 10-Mile Run prize money winners will be determined by gun time, while age group winners will be determined by chip time.  The 1/3 Mile Kids’ Run will be chip timed as well.
